- An initial site survey was conducted to apply an appropriate waterproofing solution and identify service penetrations that required the designing of passive fire stopping measures.
Waterproofing works conducted in the basement included:

- Clearing walls of residue and application of lime inhibtors - to prevent the forming of limestone in concrete.
- The application of membrane to all permiter walls and floors
- Slab levelling and drainage channels.
Fire stopping works included:
- The design and application of fire barrier systems to all service penetrations across all 4 floors
- Installation of: batt + mastic solutions, fire sleeves, fire dampers and pipe collar applications.

Fire stopping works included:
- Site survey to establish and design suitable and tested fire barrier systems to service penetrations.
- Pattress + batt systems
